Hypnosis Skills Enrichment Workshop with Introduction to Pain Management

This workshop will provide opportunity for practitioners' to enhance the application of hypnosis skills. The goal of the hypnosis skills enrichment series is to support the use of clinical hypnosis in practice by providing mentored practice of hypnosis skills.  The focus will be on practical skill application, development and mastery based on the participants level of training and experience in the area of pain.  The focus will be on an introduction to pain management skills, including inductions and suggestion strategies for working with pain.

After short review sessions, participants will be in small groups for focused areas of mentored skills practice.  Each small group session will have an ASCH approved consultant as mentor/facilitator.

All levels of training and experience are encouraged to participate.  Groups will be created based on similar practice needs and experience. 

  • Date: Friday, Nov. 3, 2017
  • Location: 1130 SW Morrison St, suite 220 & 4th floor conference room. Meet in the 4th floor conference room. 
  • Time: 8:45 AM Welcome , Workshop: 9 AM - 1 pm 
  • 4 hours of ASCH CE approved for this workshop
  • Registration deadline Wednesday November 1st.
  • This workshop requires some basic hypnosis training.
